Cindy Reisner
Senior Moderator
I do research because I love learning, and there’s nothing I’m more curious about than my fellow human beings.
Human decision-making is complex, and as a lifelong market researcher my passion has been to learn through multi-faceted research engagements.
Contrary to my title, I am not a qualitative or quantitative researcher. I’m a researcher who believes in using multiple learning streams for a more holistic view, a more complete picture. Learning with clients over time helps me to be a more effective moderator, and helps me synthesize insights – both qualitative and quantitative – for seamless and comprehensive analysis.
I’m the researcher I am today because of my education and work in psychology and visual communication, as well as the modern technology that’s enabled image and video sharing – no matter where we are. Harnessing new tools and improved research technology to facilitate interactions makes us all better researchers. I’m proud that TRC is always developing ways to learn better.
